Wollongong Memorial Gardens Volunteer Pruning Day

When:
26 March 26 - 26 March 26 9am

Are you looking for a volunteering opportunity that gives back to our community and teaches you some new gardening skills?

We're holding a volunteer day at Wollongong Memorial Gardens as part of our regular maintenance program.

We'll show you correct pruning techniques, which you can use in your own garden. You'll also get to learn about Bokashi mulching and some of the other tasks involved in looking after the Memorial Gardens.

You're welcome to come for part or all of the day, depending on what suits you.

Please wear suitable shoes and clothing for gardening and outdoors activity, and bring your hat and water bottle. You can also bring your own gloves and secateurs if you like, otherwise we will provide any equipment you need on the day.

If you'd like to attend, please RSVP by phone on (02) 4227 7780 or email our office.
