I need the rights because I'm acting as project manager for the "Wikidata:WikiProject Performing arts" project and we have committed to the Wikimedia Foundation, among others, to translate the wikiproject into French.     she want to do a proper translation of her/their project and thought it was the way to do it (research admin access). Does she right? If not, how she/they can do it ? (personnaly, I do it by hand). Simon Villeneuve (talk) 01:33, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[]
